HeliSARWeek
Recognizing our global SAR crews
Recognizing our global SAR crews
From Monday September 27th to Friday October 1st, 2021 - CHC Helicopter will be celebrating #HeliSARWeek on social media to recognize the work of Search and Rescue (SAR) teams around the world!
During this week, watch CHC Helicopter's social media channels for exciting and interesting content about the world of SAR. What is SAR? What makes it difficult? What kind of training do you need? What aircraft is used?
All these questions and more will be answered along with recaps of notable rescues and people on our global teams. #HeliSARWeek is a week of recognition of the brave and challenging work of helicopter search and rescue.
We are excited to announce that during the week, we will be raising money for charities local to our SAR bases. For every #HeliSARWeek hashtag interaction (Like, Comment, Share, or Repost - interactions as defined by the social media platform) CHC Helicopter will donate $1 USD towards a pool of funds to be split amongst the charities.
